This recipe makes a cheat spicy sweet chilli mayo sauce that is sweet, spicy and creamy. I call it a cheat sauce as it is not made from scratch so you’ll save lots of time. It goes perfectly with anything crispy especially prawns and chicken but you can serve it with any of your favourite dipping foods.

    Spicy Sweet Chilli Mayo

This sauce adds a twist to sweet chilli sauce and it is honestly so good. It takes a minute to mix together and uses a small number of common ingredients. It is very similar to bang bang sauce but with slightly different ratios and like bang bang sauce, it goes with many different crispy foods. You can make this sauce to serve with buffet party foods or to enjoy as an appetiser sauce served with foods such as spicy chicken wings.
