These baked ribs are so easy to prepare and they are perfect as a main for dinner or as finger foods for a party. They are delicious and full of flavour and if you love ribs then you will love this recipe.
These ribs are sweet and slightly sticky and they’re perfect for any occasion. Though this recipe is for baked ribs, during the summer I place them on the outside grill and they never disappoint.
The ribs are slowed cooked in the oven for 2 hours to produce a tender succulent meat that easily comes off the bone. I have experimented with different seasonings and marinades for ribs and this recipe is definitely my favourite.
I usually serve these ribs as a main with a potato salad, pasta salad or corn on the cob and they taste great together. You can also serve as part of a buffet at a party or BBQ and I’m sure you will impress your guests.
