This recipe is for sautéed spinach with garlic, onions and tomatoes. The recipe is delicious, quick and can be prepared in under 10 minutes so it’s a perfect contribution towards a quick mid-week meal.

    Sautéed Spinach with Tomatoes

Previously, I wasn’t a big fan of spinach but would still include it in my diet due to the health benefits. I began experimenting with different ways to prepare spinach to maximise the flavours and came up with this sautéed spinach garlic recipe that has now got me loving and looking forward to eating spinach.

The spinach is cooked in a little oil with onions, garlic and tomatoes with a little seasoning to bring out the flavours. It really is so good and great way to enjoy this nutritious vegetable.

Spinach is full of essential nutrients that are all important for health. Nutrients found in spinach are but not limited to iron, calcium and magnesium.

Enjoy this recipe with fish or chicken with some brown rice or new potatoes for a healthy nutritious meal. If you follow a vegan diet then you can serve this dish with some chickpeas and brown rice.
