If you love seafood then you will love this delicious prawn cocktail sandwich recipe. The sandwich is super filling and perfect for a quick lunch.

    Prawn Cocktail Sandwich

Whenever I visit M&S, I can never resist the temptation of a prawn sandwich. I love prawns and especially in sandwiches so decided to start making my own at home. This prawn sandwich recipe is quick and easy so you can have this sandwich whipped up in no time.

Prawns are very low in calories so they are great for times when you’re keeping an eye on your waistline. Add them to a sandwich and you have a tasty low-calorie meal that will keep you full for a while. If you want to add some healthy fats to the sandwich then you can add some sliced avocados too.
