Tuna on Cucumber Slices - Snack

- 120g canned tuna steaks
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ red onion (chopped)
- 60g reduced fat mayonnaise
- 100g cucumber
- Dried or fresh chives (for garnish)
Open the tuna and add it to a bowl. Add the black pepper, chopped red onion and mayonnaise. Mix all the ingredients together and set aside.
Slice the cucumber into 8 slices. Add a teaspoon of the tuna to each slice and sprinkle on the chives.
