Seeded Nutty Raspberry Blueberry Overnight Oats
Healthy overnight oats recipe made with coconut yoghurt, berries, nuts and a selection of seeds.

- 10g chia seeds
- 35g porridge oats
- 10g pumpkin seeds
- 10g sunflower seeds
- 20g walnuts chopped
- 150ml milk use any milk
- 70ml coconut yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon golden syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 50g blueberries fresh or frozen
- 50g raspberries fresh or frozen
To a jar, add the chia seeds, oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and chopped walnuts. Mix in the milk and yoghurt. Add in the syrup, vanilla extract and berries.
Place in the fridge overnight or a minimum of 4 hours. Remove from the fridge, stir then enjoy.
