Sautéed Spinach with Tomatoes
This recipe is for sautéed spinach with tomatoes. The recipe is delicious, quick and can be prepared in under 10 minutes so it’s a perfect contribution towards a quick mid-week meal.

- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 75g cherry tomatoes
- 1 small onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 250g - 300g raw young spinach
- ¼ teaspoon salt optional
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper optional
- ½ teaspoon garlic granules optional
- ½ teaspoon garlic granules optional
Add the cooking oil to a frying pan on a medium heat. Add the onions, garlic and cherry tomatoes then cook for 4 minutes or until the tomatoes are soft.
Mix in the spinach bit by bit and cook until wilted. Season with the salt, black pepper, garlic granules and onion granules then serve.
