Blueberry Smoothie with Red Grapes

This recipe makes a delicious grape and blueberry smoothie that is so yummy it tastes like a dessert. The smoothie includes red grapes, blueberries, apple, orange and chia seeds.

Ingredients

  • 20g chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoon cold water
  • 2 large oranges
  • 200g red grape
  • 200g blueberries
  • 1 medium gala apple

Instructions

  • Start by soaking the chia seeds for 1 hour or overnight if you’re making it in the morning. Into a small bowl pour in the chia seeds and 2 - 3 tablespoons water. Mix, cover and set aside to allow the chia seeds to soak up the water.
  • Once the chia seeds are soaked, prepare the oranges by cutting them in half and use a citrus squeezer to squeeze all the juice out. Set the orange juice aside for 1 minute.
  • To a blender add the red grapes, blueberries, apple, juice from the oranges and chia seeds. Blend them all together then enjoy.
