Blueberry Smoothie with Red Grapes
This recipe makes a delicious grape and blueberry smoothie that is so yummy it tastes like a dessert. The smoothie includes red grapes, blueberries, apple, orange and chia seeds.

- 20g chia seeds
- 2 tablespoon cold water
- 2 large oranges
- 200g red grape
- 200g blueberries
- 1 medium gala apple
Start by soaking the chia seeds for 1 hour or overnight if you’re making it in the morning. Into a small bowl pour in the chia seeds and 2 - 3 tablespoons water. Mix, cover and set aside to allow the chia seeds to soak up the water.
Once the chia seeds are soaked, prepare the oranges by cutting them in half and use a citrus squeezer to squeeze all the juice out. Set the orange juice aside for 1 minute.
To a blender add the red grapes, blueberries, apple, juice from the oranges and chia seeds. Blend them all together then enjoy.
