Low Carb Cheese Crisps (chips)

These cheese crisps are made with cheddar chees and are the perfect low carb and keto snack. Have them ready in just under 15 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 100g cheddar cheese
  • 2 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon dried chives

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to gas mark 3/325oF/170oC and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
  • Grate the cheese then add it to the baking tray in small heaps. Leave enough room between them for them to spread.
  • Sprinkle the sesame seeds and chives on top and bake in the oven for around 9 minutes. Once baked, allow to completely cool on the baking tray before enjoying alone or with some dips.
