Cream Cheese and Smoked Salmon on Celery Sticks
These cream cheese and smoked salmon on celery sticks are a delicious substitute for my cream cheese bagels.

- 4 celery sticks
- 30g smoked salmon
- 85g cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon chives
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Wash and dry the celery sticks using paper towel then set them aside.
Finely chop the smoked salmon into very small pieces then in a small bowl mix the chopped smoked salmon, cream cheese and chives together.
Using a table knife, fill the celery sticks with the cream cheese and smoked salmon mixture. Press the cream cheese mixture tightly into the grooves of the celery sticks then sprinkle on the sesame seeds. Time to enjoy.
