To a small bowl, add and combine the orange juice, soy sauce and sesame oil then set aside. Season the sliced beef with salt, black pepper, onion powder and garlic powder then also set aside. If using dried noodles, place a pot of boiling water on a high heat and bring to a boil. Cook for the time on the packaging, usually around 4 minutes. Strain and set aside. Skip this step if using fresh noodles.
Heat a frying pan with the sunflower oil on a medium to high heat and once heated, add the chopped ginger and cook for 3 minutes or until the ginger becomes crisp. Remove the ginger and set aside. To the same pan, add the beef, chopped onions and chopped garlic. Stir fry for 3 – 4 minutes or until the beef has cooked through. Remove the cooked beef, onions and garlic then set aside.
To the same pan, add the broccoli and cook for 3 minutes, add in the sliced red pepper and cook for 2 minutes. Reduce the heat and pour in the orange juice sauce that you set aside earlier and allow to cook for 2 minutes. Add the ginger, cooked beef, garlic and onions back into the pan then add in the noodles. Mix everything together and then turn of the heat. Serve immediately.
